Quick guide by complaint

I have missing teeth

A single gap points to an implant; several gaps to an implant-supported bridge; a full arch to All-on-4 or All-on-6.

I am unhappy with shade and shape

If it is only shade, whitening may be enough. If shape changes too, veneers, zirconia or E-max are discussed within a smile makeover.

My teeth are crowded

Mild to moderate crowding suits clear aligners; more complex corrections are more predictable with fixed braces.

I am in pain

Diagnosis comes first. Root canal or gum treatment may be needed, and aesthetic planning waits.
